Return & Exchange Policy

At Lynea, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges in case of size-related issues or major product defects.


Eligible for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The size does not fit

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • There is a major issue with the product


Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Request must be raised within X days of delivery (you can set 3 / 5 / 7 days)

  • Our team will review and guide you through the process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability


Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Issue is reported after the return window


Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes quality check

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
